It's Okay to Yell!

Many times as women, wives, moms, daughters, etc; we can become very overwhelmed with daily tasks. At times these tasks can become so daunting that we want to scream and yell or maybe you fell like you want to pull your hair out! Maybe as a mom you have kids running around the house messing up that section that you just cleaned and now turning it into a disaster scene! I am here to tell you it’s okay to yell and scream! Go into another room and let out that scream and see how much better you are going to feel.This is very important: it is time to stop taking out our frustration with those around us, especially with our husbands and children. Take a step back…… It’s okay… Everything doesn’t have to be perfect…..If that one load of laundry didn’t get done… It’s okay. Remember it’s okay to yell! Just refocus where you are feeling frustrated and let out that SCREAM!
